Michael Hyche
Non Executive Board CFO
Michael is the principal member of Process Capability Partners LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy development, deployment, and process improvement for the food industry.  Immediately prior to forming Process Capability Partners, Mr. Hyche had an accomplished career as a senior operating executive for mid-market food processing companies primarily focused on contract manufacturing relationships with large branded CPGs and Food Service customers.  Over the course of his career, he has spear-headed numerous value creation initiatives in food manufacturing companies – significant capacity expansion projects, including plant start-ups; new processing and packaging technology commercialization and capital equipment deployments; leadership of organization-wide culture transformations through deployment of disciplined management systems rooted in continuous improvement principles; deep support of multiple recapitalization events; and many others.

Most recently, Michael served as President and COO of Sterling Foods, a leading middle market specialty bakery products manufacturer.  Prior to Sterling Foods, Michael had a long tenure with Wornick Foods, a premier food manufacturing company that produces shelf stable, individually portioned meals in advanced flexible packaging.  During his tenure, he has been responsible for all aspects of food manufacturing operations and business development in the government feeding marketplace.  He has over seen the establishment of best of breed research & development, quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing organizations.  He is a recognized change agent that gets results and develops leaders through hands-on, respectful engagement with cross-functional teams.

Michael has a degree in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin and has been a thought leader in several industry consortia to advance the state of the art in food processing and manufacturing.  He resides in San Antonio, TX with his wife and two children.

Mike Hoseus: ​​
​​Michael Hoseus, a co-author of the Shingo Award-winning book Toyota Culture, developed his TPS skills at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky where he worked at the General Manager level in both Production and Human Resources being mentored by his Japanese sensei. His Toyota process experience includes production, engineering, maintenance, safety, personnel, employee relations, benefits/payroll and training and development. He learned first-hand how Toyota’s success hinges on integrating their production and human systems to create the Toyota Way. Mike is the Executive Director of the Center for Quality People and Organizations and President of Lean Culture Enterprises. He supports organizations in their lean journey, focusing on leadership and cultural aspects of the lean transformation. He is an adjunct professor with the University of Kentucky’s Center for Manufacturing.
Robert Maier

Passau, Bavaria, Germany Managing director of the company and of all projects (i. e. all SPVs of our history).  As CEO of the IN-AG (Intelligent Investment - Beratung und Vermittlung AG, Germany) he founded in 2001, and as senior consultant he has experience of a project volume of more than € 100m and manages himself currently as one of the largest investors in these projects a portfolio of several tens of million euros on several SPVs. He was given a mentoring sponsorship of Max-Planck-Society, studied Physics at the Technische Universität Munich and finished his degree dissertation again at Max-Planck (Institute). Since 2014 member of The Guthrie Group. Robert founded and is MD of IFATEC GmbH since 1996, which currently does some maintenance work for the power plants etc., founded and was MD of a retail property investing company 2002 with a successful exit in 2007. Brian Daniels ​
Brian has twenty-two years of experience in the field of Personal Training and Nutritional Consultation. He has eighteen years of experience in Sport Specific Training and Sports Nutrition Consultation helping with strength conditioning of athletes and the functional training of rehabilitating athletes. Brian owns and Operates Mind Body Sports LLC in Mason, OH. He has certification as an Advanced Personal Trainer through the American Counsel of Exercise and is a Certified Personal Trainer through them as well. He graduated with his Associates degree from the University of Cincinnati and recieved his Bachelors in Recreational Fitness from Northern Kentucky University.
Bobbie Sparks
Bobbie earned her bachelors in Math from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, Master's in Cross-Cultural Studies, a Doctorate in Religious Education, and is working on her second doctorate in Organizational Leadership. She has over 12 years of experience in Education teaching children through adults. She is the founder of ASEnglish4u.cn where she writes curriculum, offers administration support, trains teachers, tests students, and works with individuals and groups in building language and skills needed to improve life. She spends countless hours developing leaders around the world. Bobbie spent several years living in China learning the language, building relationships, teaching at Universities, and working with schools in building up their educational systems as an Educational Consultant. She has recently co-written a series of 4 ESL books for Chinese students entitled English Made Easier. She has authored several other books over the past few years. She is currently the US Chief Representative for Convenience in China, Guangzhou, a one-stop shop for all things personal and business related in China. With a passion for seeing lives change, she is an endless researcher, self-learner, and entrepreneur.

Doug Herald: ​​
Doug earned his Bachelor's from Blue Ridge Institute in North Carolina with additional credits from Ohio State University and Xavier University.. He has over 26 years experience in the Food Industry; first working with Sara Lee Foods, then The Wornick Co. and Zwanenburg Food Group USA.  He has held positions of increasing responsibility in Warehouse, Maintenance, and Operations.  He began his career at Wornick in December, 1994 as a Warehouse Manager.  In April, 2001 he moved into Operations as the Project Manager of the Gerber line start-up and then to Production Manager until 2006 when he left Wornick for a short time to be the Plant Manager for the Zwanenburg Food Group USA.  Doug returned to Wornick in February, 2007 as Director of Maintenance & Engineering.  In November, 2008, while still maintaining his current responsibilities, he also became Director of Manufacturing.  Finally, in February, 2010 he became Director of the Operation with Facility’s Maintenance and Engineering.  In November of 2013, after successfully incorporating a new Lean Manufacturing Operating System at Wornick Foods, Doug was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing at Wornick Foods. He has now been promoted to the position of VP of North American Operations. Throughout this career Doug has worked hard to make a difference in the lives of the people that he has worked for with a servant leadership style that drives deep employee engagement and continuous improvements. Doug has also recently joined the Board of Advisors for SeneGence International. Over the last 7 years Doug has invested heavily in personal and emotional research to drive personal improvement and now looks forward to sharing with people what he has learned. With a tremendous understanding of the completeness of life in every facet, Doug has a passion to teach the completeness of life and leadership through what he calls, "Touching People for Time and Eternity." 
Doug was born and raised on a family owned farm in Grant’s Lick, Kentucky where, with his brother and sister, he was raised by his grandparents Charles and Edith Peters while his wonderful mom, Alvena, went to work to financially support the family. After high school he went to work for Sara Lee Foods. Doug has been married to Tammie (Sebastian) Herald for 26 plus years and they have three daughters who all currently are attending college.
